Woodstock Spa After Hours: Diamond Journey Sessions
Diamond Journey Sessions are a unique, private steam & sauna experience at Woodstock Spa after it has closed to the public.
They are a purifying journey on all levels: cellular, mental, and emotional. With just the right amount of heat and exploration, we'll discover the hidden diamonds of our lives.
We begin in the steam room to relax, opening the pores and the mind. We then move to the infrared sauna to detox heavy metals and crystallize the raw emotions held in the body. We end in the meditation room to embrace our newfound treasure. Throughout, you will be guided by Dan Chung, an energy healer and group facilitator. He will intuitively lead you to the places in yourself that need attention.
Whether solo, a couple, or group of friends, Diamond Sessions invite you to turn inward, finding deeper discoveries within yourself. This is a private, immersive experience that will be curated to the energy present at your session. * Please note; this service is co-ed. Please bring a bathing suit for your comfort.

Dan Chung is the co-creator of Spiral Mirror, a metaphysical bookstore and community sanctuary based in Kingston, NY. His work bridges the inner world of spiritual growth with the outer world of community connection, creativity, and healing.
Dan's journey into the healing arts began in 2013, when he made the intentional decision to step away from full-time work and realign with his well-being. Since then, he has immersed himself in a range of modalities—from yoga and acupuncture to ThetaHealing and group facilitation, developing a holistic, integrative approach to transformation.
Through his personal practice, DC Dreams, Dan offers individual and group work that blends counseling, intuitive insight, and energy-based practices. He brings to his offerings a rich background in the arts and technology, now woven into his spiritual path and healing philosophy.
Spiral Mirror, co-founded with Corinna Barsan, is a physical manifestation of Dan’s vision: a reflective, spiral-shaped journey inward and outward. The space functions as a portal for collective healing, self-discovery, and embodied community gathering.
Dan’s work is grounded in authenticity, presence, and deep listening. He believes in the power of intentional space, within and around us, to support conscious evolution.
