In your session, your massage therapist will start off with a brief consultation to find out about the areas that you want targeted. They will focus on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to ensure that you get the relief you need. Great for those with chronic pain and stiffness.

A mixture of our Swedish and Deep Tissue massages, this is perfect for those who can’t choose, are unsure or those who need that in between pressure.

For the mother-to-be, this specialized massage is tailored to relieve the pressure and discomfort one feels during pregnancy. Availability to use our specialized pregnancy pillow allows mom to lay on her stomach or if you’re more comfortable, on your side with the support of pillows in the right spots. Either way you lay, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
